Garfield War

What are the facts of Garfield War?

Garfield War is a funny 2d tower defense game that mixes humor, strategy, and fast paced gaming. Based on the legendary comic strip character Garfield, it gets players to protect Garfield’s kitchen against mutant food aliens that want to rob the fridge at all costs.

Casual friendly: War Garfield caters to casual gamers as well as kids with more than 60 freshly designed levels. Here are some tips for managing resources in Cats, which applies on how to balance strategy and quick reflexes while two resources Popcorn and Cookies are in play.

Popcorn is your battle currency, and let you call in reinforcements, Cookies (plural) are a premium/currency resource which I haven't managed to collect most of yet, having bought premium currency packs with my own money isn't good for your veins disapproving Tom. It’s a progression system that makes the game both rewarding and replayable.

How to Play Garfield War

Simple gameplay makes Garfield War easy to learn but difficult to master. You use the keys arrow or the keys A D to move Garfield left and right as he slides along the battlefield.

The fighting is interactive - tap or click repeatedly on Garfield to auto attack his enemies at close range or distance. When enemies came, you can dispatch Allies by clicking one of the character icon once you have sufficient Popcorn. Timing is everything because too early summoner is useless against the major enemy waves.

In addition, the Toy Car, Jonas vacuum cleaner and more special skills also can be used to cause great damage or control enemies piling up. Deploying these powers at the right moments is the key to survival in later stages.

Meet the Characters: Friends vs. Food

Among the funniest bits about the Garfield War is how many funny characters and different enemies come along.

Best Friends to Summon:

Odie early in the game is a pretty reliable tank that soaks up damage, allowing your team to do some damage. Use him in conjunction with the Bookers at the back for ranged support. Orson turns vital in later games, as he boasts high durability and hard-hitting enemy attacks which become even more powerful in the further rounds.

Hostile Aliens:

Enemies get stronger as you advance. Lasagna aliens in particular are very strong, needing consistent firing to take down. But the most lethal enemy is the Spider Meatball, that can kill Garfield in merely two hits if you don’t kill it quickly.

Top Tips to Survive Level 40+

Players will have to use both strategy and skill if they are to have any hope of making it to the higher levels of the Garfield War. Tap Garfield repeatedly—roughly every one-fourth of a second— to deal the most damage. Don’t use up Popcorn too early; save it for when you really need it in your battle against more powerful foes.

You should be selecting the target also. Never leave a high-threat target like Spider Meatballs alive, just to make sure they don't kill you out of the blue. Good resource management and reflexes will separate the winners and losers.
